David Streeter is the principal founder and portfolio manager of Sandstone Capital LLC. A seasoned investor with nearly 30 years of experience trading equities and derivatives, David transitioned to full-time portfolio management after a highly successful investing hobby enabled him to retire early from government service in February 2021.

Following his early retirement, David established Sandstone Capital LLC, where he now derives his income from monthly dividend distributions generated by the firm’s diversified investment portfolio.

David holds a degree in Criminal Justice and is a licensed realtor in the State of Florida. He is also an accredited investor under SEC Rule 501 and is currently preparing for the FINRA Series 65 exam. Over the years, he has attended numerous financial seminars and completed both intermediate and advanced derivatives trading courses led by experienced professional traders.

Originally from Western Massachusetts, David has been married for over 25 years. He and his wife currently reside near the Palm Beaches of South Florida. Embracing the F.I.R.E. (Financial Independence, Retire Early) lifestyle, David enjoys spending his free time listening to classical music, traveling, swimming, hiking, meditating, and practicing grounding.
